Megan Fox as Red Sonja? Please!

Word is that Megan Fox has been offered the title role in the long developing Red Sonja remake. Apparently Rose McGowan was previously attached to the movie, but the role might go to our girl in the end.

According to Pajiba, Fox has been offered the lead in the movie about the sword-carrying heroine. The remake has been in development for a few years with the last major attachments being producer Robert Rodriguez and director Douglas Aarniokoski, back when McGowan was set to star.

Nothing has been confirmed, but things look hopeful. The story is supposed to center on “an innocent teenager who metamorphosizes into an unparalleled warrior.” Sounds more like a role for Megan than any actress I can think of off hand.

This would be a huge role and opportunity for Megan. Fingers crossed!

Transformers 3 is a Go and Megan Fox is On Board

“Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen,” known online as Transformers 2 made more than $800 million in worldwide box office grosses. So a sequel was pretty much a given.

However, with the controversial comments between Megan Fox, crew members, and director Michael Bay, many wondered if Megan Fox would be invited back. Personally, given her insane popularity, I knew she’d be back. I also knew that Michael Bay was professional and cool enough not to let personal issues get in the way of his movies. After all, Megan is very, very, very important to the Transformers franchise.

Today on Michael Bay.com, Transformers 3 was confirmed. The release date is now July 1st 2011. I’m all kinds of excited!

Kind of topic… but while on Michael Bay.com, check out the trailer for Nightmare on Elm Street. Wow! I can’t wait – it looks incredible. Personally, I think that’s where Jennifer’s Body kind of fell short – it should have been a lot scarier. They got caught between comedy and horror and that’s an unusual place. How great was the dialog though? And Megan did an outstanding job.

What things do you hope for with Transformers 3? What things do you hope are NO SHOWS? I hope there’s much more Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Bumblebee, and (of course) the parents. I loved the crazy humor the parents and Bumblebee brought to the first film.

As for what I don’t want – no more campus scenes. Please. I don’t mind begging.

I just added pictures of Adam Brody and Megan Fox onstage during the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards last night (September 13, 2009). Megan was gorgeous, as always, in a beautiful and stylish little dress. Adam looked pretty hot, himself!

Megan Fox to Host Saturday Night Live

Megan Fox will be the host of Saturday Night Live’s premiere on September 26th in New York City.

“Megan is psyched to have gotten this opportunity,” an insider tells Life & Style. “She has a lot of surprises in store for the audience. This is the perfect opportunity for her to show off her comedic skills, as she’s launching her new movie Jennifer’s Body [on Sept. 18].”

Megan has been brushing up on her comedy by doing a digital short with funnyman Andy Samberg, the insider adds.

Angelina Jolie Said What About Megan Fox?!

Have you heard the rumors about Angelina? I don’t know where it got started, but some people are reporting that when asked about Megan, Angelina allegedly said, “Is she aiding in Africa or sitting in on U.N. conferences? Donating herself to something bigger than Hollywood? I’m not familiar with her work, is she an Oscar contender?”

Personally, they’re two of my favorite actresses. In fact, I have 3 actress websites up and they’re dedicated to Megan, Angelina, and Keira Knightley. I honestly can’t believe Angelina would say anything like that. It doesn’t sound like her. She is the epitome of class and discretion – she’d never lash out with such venom toward a girl who has done nothing to her.

IF (and that’s the biggest IF in the world) Angelina DID say that, or anything remotely like that, I’d want to ask her, “What were YOU doing when you were Megan’s age?” In 10, 12, or 14 years – Megan may be doing all of those things and more.

She’s barely in her 20′s for crying out loud!

Anyway, I go on record again as saying that I doubt Angelina said anything like that.

Megan Fox Candid Pictures – House Hunting in LA!

Megan Fox went house hunting in LA on July 12th. She looked amazing as always but didn’t seem overly thrilled to see the paparazzi. I guess it’s a love/hate relationship celebrities have with the paps. They know that the publicity generated helps in allowing them TO shop for expensive houses – but it has to be nuts to see a camera everywhere you look.

The paparazzi has to make a living, too, though. It has to be a tough, thankless job!

Today it was reported that Megan Fox is in “hot water” for her statements regarding the movie Transformers. Director / Producer Michael Bey was even quoted as saying Megan “Has a lot of growing up to do.” ABC News agreed with Bey and said Fox “put her foot in her mouth again.” Well, folks, Megan Fox, one of the hottest actresses in Hollywood in more ways than one, didn’t put her foot in her mouth and Michael Bey and ABC News should appologize to Fox for their statements.
