Megan Fox was the top choice of both male and female respondents when they were asked which sex symbols they were most excited to see on the big screen in 2009.

In the Fandango.com's survey of 2,000 readers, Jennifer Aniston was the No. 2 choice among women while a distant eighth among men.

You certainly can't fault their number one choices (!!!), but how can you have a poll like this without Angelina Jolie?!?! Maybe she was full out pregnant when this poll was taken.... But still!

At least Megan finished right where she should be. I love that, like Angelina, Megan appeals to both men AND women. Everyone loves her - and that's a rare trait for a celebrity to have.

I'm not sure what Megan Fox sees in the mirror when she stands in front of it - but apparently it isn't what the rest of the world sees!

The drop dead gorgeous actress recently told InTouch magazine, "I don't think I'm a sexy, beautiful woman."

She went on to say: "I look like Ted Nugent in a wig."

He adds: "(The ceremony will be) small. Originally we were talking elopement and now we might have a few people there."

Btw, did you see The Chronicles of Sarah Conner Monday night? I think it might have been the best episode ever. I only wish Derek were on more and Riley less. Brian has been a perfect addition to the cast - such a great actor. And hot!

If you've never watched this series, grab the first season on dvd and catch up. It's one of the best shows on televison and the cast is flawless.
